It also comes with a new genuine Mercedes gasket and all 6 mounting bolts, which are not stripped out. These are no longer available new and getting harder to find used, especially in this condition. NOTE Some earlier W123s used a dual port vacuum pump, so make sure this is the correct pump before purchasing. As you can see in the photos, this is very nice.
